2021 Year-End Review

Thought

Welcome to the final week of 2021. What a year it has been. We hope it has been fulfilling and rewarding for your leadership life. Maybe there were weeks you were sprinting, maybe there were weeks you were limping. Hopefully there were weeks you were growing.

Here is a recap of what we were able to accomplish in serving this leadership community over the last 52 weeks!

1. Stay The Course: Five Transformational Principles of Leaders Who Last released in January of 2021! This book has been an encouragement to leaders of teams in school districts, athletic teams, businesses and churches. You can purchase the book HERE

2. The Stay The Course Book Bonus Material has been accessed by leaders throughout the country. This free video series is available on our website and has hours of bonus content around the book. Access it here for FREE

3. The Stay The Course Academy was launched. Our virtual four week leadership development cohorts went live and since their launch multiple teams and organizations have invested in their team development in our synchronous online academy. Find out how your coaching staff or team can get involved with our online cohorts in 2022!

5. S-T-C Workshops. We had the privilege of joining multiple school districts, non-profit organizations, college athletic teams, and small businesses for in-person and virtual workshops in 2021. Reach out if we can help your team in 2022!

6. S-T-C Tuesday last but not least our newsletter went out 52 consecutive weeks in a row. Rain or shine. We’re committed to delivering this free resource for leaders in all stages of life as a way to frame the work you’re doing and the journey you’re on. You are not alone!
