Justin Brown is the creator of Staythecourseleaders.com. Based out of Columbus, Ohio, Justin lives with his wife, Ashley and two sons Judah (2) and Jacoby (1). Justin is a former college baseball coach having successfully led collegiate baseball programs in Minnesota and Georgia. Along with collegiate coaching he has over a decade of leadership experience in athletic administration, higher education, as well as multiple church and faith communities.

Justin has spent years researching and studying in the realm of personal leadership, organizational leadership, organizational culture, and faith development.
