Justin Brown

JB is a mental performance coach to athletes, coaches, and leaders. As a Certified Breathwork Instructor, JB works with clients, 1-on-1 to repurpose stress, and be at their best when it matters most. Through group coaching and speaking engagements he trains and encourages teams, develops leaders, and helps them elevate their team culture. Alongside his coaching and speaking engagements he serves as a full-time faculty member as a Professor of Sports Management teaching a number of Sport Psychology and Sport Leadership classes equipping the next generation of sports leaders. He is the author of Stay The Course: Five Transformational Principles of Leaders Who Last.

Marcus Williams

Marcus was a former walk-on turned scholarship football player for The Ohio State University football team. While at OSU, Marcus played alongside NFL athletes and in big games including the 2006 & 2007 BCS National Championship games. Marcus holds his MBA from Ohio State as well as his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ohio State. His leadership experience was sharpened by his time as a well respected team member at one of the nation’s elite football programs. He currently serves as an administrator in the Sports Medicine department at The Ohio University Wexner Medical Center.
