The Viking Leadership Academy is a comprehensive leadership development program in partnership with Stay The Course Leadership.

At Stay The Course Leadership we believe in empowering emerging leaders to fight drift and stay the course because the world needs more leaders who live on purpose.

As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to earn a Stay The Course Leadership Certification at the conclusion.

We encourage all participants of the Viking Leadership Academy to treat this course just like one of your classes in school. Engage in discussions, complete the coursework, reflect, apply and most importantly - GROW.

Each module will have pre-session reflection questions and post session reading/reflection.
