Sara Hall is an elite American distance runner, running professionally for Asics. In early 2024 she competed in her 8th U.S. Olympic Trials. After a 5th place finish, just 35 seconds behind the third qualifying spot she is now 0-for-8 in U.S. Olympic Trials. Despite all of the heartache, frustration, and disappointment Sara showcases an elite mindset & perspective and teaches us all how to find true joy in the process.
